Standard orders: Free standard shipping on all US orders. Orders will be processed in 1-2 business days if your order is received by 2:00 pm MST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 2:00 pm MST will be processed on the next business day.

2 Day orders: (Cost depending on customer location.) Orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 2:00 pm MST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 2:00 pm MST will be processed on the next business day. 2 Day orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Overnight orders: (Cost depending on customer location.) Orders will be processed the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 2:00 pm MST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 2:00 pm MST will be processed on the next business day. All overnight orders placed on Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday. Overnight orders may require a signature upon delivery.

International orders: (Cost depending on customer location.) Orders will be process the same day the order is placed if your order is received by 2:00 pm MST, depending on product availability. Orders received after 2:00 pm MST will be processed on the next business day. International orders cannot be expedited.

All shipping rates are determined by courier, and not by Soel Beauty. Order total amount is in US dollars, and international customers may have to pay exchange rate difference and customs fees.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES

We do our best to give you the most accurate delivery time for your packages. For the most up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information included in your shipping confirmation email. Please track your shipments, as Soel Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please note: estimated delivery dates apply to in-stock items only and may not be available depending on shipment details. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability.

 

SHIPPING RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

Overnight and 2 Day shipping methods are not available for U.S. Territories and certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii. If you have and questions concerning the shipment of your order, you may contact our Customer Service Department via email (sales@soelbeauty.com) or call us at (888) 390-0001.

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses must be sent via the United States Postal Service.

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to try and ensure that all of the merchandise we feature is in stock. In the event that an item becomes out of stock after your order is submitted, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and send you an email indicating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will be fully refunded for the out of stock item. We will not ship the item when it is back in stock, as we do not have a backorder system.


ORDER CHANGES

To serve you better, soelbeauty.com will process your order immediately after you click the “submit order” button. Because our system processes orders immediately, we are unable to change an order once it is submitted.

 

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your Soel Beauty purchase. If in the unlikely event there is a manufacturer defect or any other quality concerns beyond the customer's control, please contact us within 60 days of delivery to receive a refund or exchange. After 60 days the product is nonrefundable.

If you simply wish to return or exchange unopened products, you can do so for up to 14 days (from delivery) for a full refund or exchange. After 14 days, you will receive store credit. After 30 days, the products are nonrefundable. Soel Beauty is not responsible for these types of return shipment fees.

To start your return or exchange process, please contact Customer Service at sales@soelbeauty.com or (888) 390-0001 with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Once contacted, our representatives will provide you with further instructions.

Please note that returns and exchanges will be process within one week from the time that the items are received at the warehouse.

Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable, a merchandise credit will be issued.

For merchandise purchased with one of our other Soel Beauty retail partners, please return product to the original point-of-purchase to determine eligibility for refund or exchange.
